2. Returns, Replacements & Quality Issues

  • Returns or replacements are applicable only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Support Team on the same day of delivery, along with clear photos/videos of the issue.

  • Requests will be reviewed after verification by our internal team and/or the merchant before approval.

3. Product Mismatch

  • If the product received is significantly different from what is shown on the website, you must notify our Customer Support Team within 24 hours of delivery.

  • After reviewing the complaint, WOODMART FURNITURE will take an appropriate and fair resolution decision.

4. Manufacturer Warranty Products

  • Products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty must be reported directly to the respective manufacturer or authorized service center.

  • WOODMART FURNITURE will not be responsible for warranty-related claims once the product has been delivered successfully.

5. Refund Process

  • Once a return or refund request is approved, the refund will be initiated within 3–5 business days.

  • The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method or bank account within 7–8 business working days, depending on the payment provider.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are custom-made, made-to-order, or used/damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for return or refund.
